Your rebate processing is awful. I bought a barebones kit and it took thirty minutes just to get through the twenty plus screens required just to print the rebate pages. There should be a single page you can go to get all rebate processing done. It is so bad that I vow not to buy anything else from your site if I see the word rebate anywhere on the page! I cannot believe how much trouble ordering 1 item for someone who has bought several things over the years. And when I let them know the order was incomplete they did not even email back & say "tough ....". I was ignored!
This, after having to redo the order three times and having to retype my email address about 20 times. A stroke keft my left side paralized so I can only type one finger, extra keystrokws are hard.
I have just stopped dealing with CompUSA, just when I was looking for a new system!
