I am very satisfied with this merchant and would order from them again. I did have a delay in my order because the merchant wanted to contact me by phone.to determine if they had to have a signature for the delivery. Since I'm on the other side of the earth, I was sleeping when they called. (Note the ship to address was a US address.) We played phone tag a bit and then they had a holiday. It would have been helpful if they would have communicated by e-mail instead of phone or left the question on the voice mail so I could respond to it. This is not an issue for most people, but it was for me. After I answered the phone in the middle of my night, all was well. |

(Edited April 24th by drperez14_3083997954) The order was held up for several days until they called for what turned out to be a pressure sales pitch for other products. I did not think this was appropriate. It took over a week to receive. Then, the camera did not come with a memory card as advertized. Jonathan has been gracious in following up with my initial disappointment. I did buy a memory card locally and the camera does work well and the photos are good. The camera pouch and screen shields arrived as promised and an extra battery is on the way. Not related to Jonathan, but I think there should not be a delay in shipping products. I'll look you up when in NYC. |

very easy to order. my order was delayed a week because I apparently missed a box asking if I wanted delivery to be signed for and it took a week to finally reach me. my only suggestion would be that if that is a required field in the order, make it mandatory to fill out before proceeding with the online order. overall, good experience though. thank you. |

Received my Camera in 2 days, VERY VERY PLEASED!!!!! because I ordered it 5 business days before my trip to disney world. I also ordered it with the free ground shipping they offered on my camera cannon powershot sx230 hs. It originally said 7 to 10 days. I'm in Chicago and 42nd street photo is in New York. So far, my experiences at 42nd Street Photo were fantastic. The ordering process was quick and easy, and they shipped really soon after. I received a call to notify me of the shipment, in which they also tried to sell me other products. I kindly refused, and that was it. Nice, easy, and the prices are fantastic! Will definitely buy from again. |
