PLEASE BEWARE of the horrible "customer service" of Smooth Fitness company. For an online company, that can only be reached by email or phone, they have some of the most ignorant and rude personnel that I have ever dealt with. If you have a concern about your purchase including shipping and handling, they will completely ignore you and promise to call you back just to get rid of you on the phone. Needless to say they show poor customer support with their unresponsiveness and long delays. They will not care if you receive the product a month or more after you ordered it. They will still get your money, charge you a 20% restocking fee if you want to cancel your order and will not accept any complaints. IT IS THEIR WAY OR THE HIGHWAY! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONLINE COMPANY! If you want to avoid headaches and save yourself time and money, do your research online but please go to an actual store, because treadmill online stores like Smooth Fitness will give you grief. |

It took them more than 30 days to ship the item, if you complain that shipping time should be 5 to 8 days, you will be faced by a rude customer service manager who will tell you that they have the right to be late for up to 3 months and you have no righ to cancel this shimpment or it will cost you 20% stocking fee+ shipping! So they will never loose any thing, even if it's their fault, as soon as you hit the order button! About the dmt elliptical itself: the 1st thing : what do you expect the condition of an item being kicked on the roads on cold weather, for more than 30 days: first thing most of the plastic parts were warped! this affect the assemply of course because parts will not be adjacents, add to that 4 of the screws were not as described in t |

I bought a CE 7.4 trainer and am very pleased. It was very easy to assemble as my rep said, and I could not be happier. Everything I had hoped for and more. Came faster than anticipated as well. Thank you Smooth Fitness. |

I have had my Agile now for a little over 6 weeks and could not be happier, I love it! As far as the company, my salesperson was very knowledgeable, I had many questions, he answered them quickly and on one occasion even admitted he did not know the answer and asked his service manager. I found that refreshing, it gave me piece of mind that all answers were accurate. Delivery took the 2 weeks I was told; the assembly took an hour, it wasn't too bad but I was so glad they delivered it to exercise room for free. My overall experience was a very good one; I went from being very apprehensive to unconditionally recommending this product to anyone in the market for a cutting edge piece of workout equipment. And if you're looking to spend a bit less, I still recommend them, I had a great experience! |

Fast shipping, Great product (5 months and counting!), Great Customer Service. I called Smooth Fitness about a week after placing my order to see if I could get updated tracking information on my treadmill. The Representative I spoke with was very accommodating and gave an estimate for when I should be hearing from the delivery company to schedule a time for them to deliver the treadmill. Not only did they ship & deliver the unit in 8 days, they brought the unit into our home and also assembled it in the room we wanted the treadmill to go. I was so nervous placing an order for a machine this large online, but the entire process right down to the delivery and set up was absolutely painless! I'm so happy with the quality of the product and couldn't have asked for a better experience; I would definitely recommend the company to friends and relatives (and already have!) |

What a great product & company! I was so pleased with my experience and when I got my treadmill, (in only 6 days!!) I couldn't have been happier. From the minute I placed an order, they communicated the status of my order. I called in once and spoke the most friendly customer service girl, she helped me and was so polite! Thanks again, what a great purchase! |
