If it were not for the issues I like about TD I would not have ordered again due to the problem with the item I ordered with a customer service rep's assistance, that turned out to be totally wrong. I am giving them one more chance; if this works out well I will try again, however, I will scan my sales receipt into my folders to make sure if I need to return anything I will have the receipt, so I cannot be stuck with the wrong item again and not be able to return it! |

Perhaps a bit terse with phone orders, but good service on-line and operator assist. I have placed other orders with this company and have been satisfied with them. |

It's a waste of time trying to find a better price. If I do see something cheaper on some other website, I'm suspicious. I never worry about anything I order from Tiger. I have been buying from Tiger for many years. The few problems that I have had were handled very quickly and professionally. When I have needed something that I couldn't find in the catalog, the sales people treated me like I was the most important customer in the world. You have earned my loyalty. I should not have to login to website to complete a purchase. If I want to re-enter all shipping and charge information, then that is on me.
