The tv table mount screws were not supplied for the refurbished tv. Called customer service and there only resolve was to ship the entire tv back for a new one or for me to call the 3rd party vendor myself and request the screws. It was not a big deal because i ended up wall mounting the tv, however if i had planned to use the mount it would have been a bigger issue. I was surprised that TigerDirect customer service was not willing to handle the issue themselves. |

Very good ! There is not a lot of extra steps to go through where they try and sell you more products. The site is very easy to navigate even for someone like me who is not as computer savey as the younger people. |

Tigerdirect is my favorite online store (and I shop at many online stores). The prices are very competitive with most being the best deals on the web. The ordering and delivery are one of Tigerdircts key features for me. Item selection is also wonderful. Thank you Tigerdirect, I love you. |
