Have purchased from J&R many years ago for my father when he was alive. Found what I was looking for on ebay and saw the seller being J&R and went to their own website and decided to purchase directly through store. No cut for ebay this time around. Very easy to find what I was looking for and will definately be back again. |

This is my first time using this site to order products. It was very interesting especially in the dvd movie section. There I got to see titles of some of my old favorite shows. I am very satisfied because I found two of my favorites. I had looked elsewhere and was very frustrated and disappointed. J & R thank you very much for being at the top of your game ! |

I have purchased items from this company several times before and found them to be competant and easy to work with. My downgrading marks this time are due to website issues. I have an account with this company but the order form did not autofill which increased my ordering time. There was some sort of problem with the first credit card I used but the website wouldn't say what the problem was so I didn't know if I had meerly entered a bad number or what. There was no "edit credit card information", just an opportunity to use another credit card. As someone concerned with identity theft, I like to know if there is a problem with my card that I might not be aware of and this website provides no information to help me sort it out. |
