I have ordered several items from Amazon and have always received them within a few days, and everything is tracked pretty good. I've never had to return anything, but the form included with the items make it seem quite simple. |

Excellent service, have trust in customer, return is with no difficult(they attached return label with receipt). One can sell used items on their websites. I sold two, very happy. Bought several lens and filter from their site. Lenses are good. Filters are no good, they have only TIFFEN, terrible. One of the most favorite store I frequetly visit, have some coupon also, price is average after subtract coupon value. |

I preordered a DVD set from Amazon at a terrific price. They shipped it out the day before the release date, so I received it one day after it was released. Shipping was a very reasonable $2.98, even for a 4-DVD set. |

I have had to return and exchange some products (not Amazon's fault) and that too went flawlessly. These guys may not always have the best prices, but they have the excellent service. |

I don't usually find Amazon pricing to be that competitive. This time, however, they had in stock and at the best price I could find the Canon S500 I wanted (plus there was no shipping charge!). And their simple yet thorough method of checking the status of the order on their website gave me one of the best overall online buying experiences I've had. Truly a pleasure!
