These guys are probably the best online booksellers as far as web layout, selections, quantity, and quality go. I depend on Amazonian user reviews for books and CDs before any purchase. My gripe: Their prices aren't stellar. Chances are you could use find the price for the same book/CD far cheaper using a service like Mysimon.com to check other vendors. I have given then some business in the past though. And I have no regrets. |

I have ordered several items from Amazon and have always received them within a few days, and everything is tracked pretty good. I've never had to return anything, but the form included with the items make it seem quite simple. |

Excellent service, have trust in customer, return is with no difficult(they attached return label with receipt). One can sell used items on their websites. I sold two, very happy. Bought several lens and filter from their site. Lenses are good. Filters are no good, they have only TIFFEN, terrible. One of the most favorite store I frequetly visit, have some coupon also, price is average after subtract coupon value. |

Good site. Excellent selection. Easy to order. No problems with different shipping and billing addresses and multiple shipping addresses. Screwed up on shipping promises right before Christmas. Promised Christmas delivery. Paid a fortune for it and it arrived three days late. Did get refund for exorbitant last minute shipping rates. Should have offered more. |
