I followed an email ad but purchased a larger version of the product. It would have simplified things to have had this option on the first page I was sent from the email or in the email. I really wanted the bigger unit. I almost did not bite on the small one. |

I did some comparison shopping (local and on-email), and macmall was a clear winner. I had planned on going to local store, but the shipping price made the on-line cost less than driving to the store and returning home. A very good deal. |

It was generally easy to order the items I was looking for, and the prices were reasonable. However, my credit card was double-charged. When I called the customer service number to notify them, they said they were already aware of the situation. A courtesy notification (email, phone call, etc.) would have been appreciated. |
