Good merchant: trustworthy and dependable. Decent prices. Takes about a week for order to come, so if in a big hurry go elsewhere or spring for express shipping. Would prefer they ship UPS not through the mail, but there is no option to choose. |

I HAVE SHOPPED AT THIS MERCHANT BEFORE AND ALWAYS BEEN SATISFIIED. THIS TIME HOWEVER I BOUGHT 2 PRODUCTS FOR DOGGIE TRAINING WHICH ARE USELESS. ONE IS A SPRAY WHICH SMELLS SO FOUL I CANNOT USE IT IN THE HOUSE THE OTHE IS PIDDLE PADS WHICH THE DOG TOTALLY IGNORES WITHOUT THE SPRAY TO ATTRACT HIM. |

This is my first overall purchase from this vendor Ordering was easy and explanations clear. I just happened to begin finalizing my order for checkout last evening when I received the notice they were down for maintenance. No problem, as I just waited until this morning to process my order. |

I am very pleased with Drs Foster and Smith. I get my orders promptly, they are helpful and friendly when I have a question. They handle prescriptions quickly too having to contact the vet. I have never had an issue with them and they are in WI so I am supporting a "local" company and I feel good about that and the prices are comparable to other suppliers. |

Product as described, well priced, well packaged and promptly delivered. Only difficulty was delivery service did not follow instructions to use the side porch, but that is not the merchant's fault. |
