I only received half my order, customer support agent Tom gaved me the run around and was very rude and not helpful at all. There are to many other options out there please keep away from Fans EDge very unreliable |

Ordered a custom NHL Authentic Boston Bruins jersey. Order received was late and incorrect. Wrong player, wrong size, wrong jersey type. Phone support person told me they have had a lot of issue with the particular warehouse where my order was placed. Apologized for the inconvenience and told me return shipping label would be sent out right away. Twelve days since and shipping label still not received. Told me that warehouse has to receive the incorrect item they shipped me and inspect it before the custom order I placed can begin. There is no timeframe on when this will occur and they tell me I can't be refunded my money since it is a custom order. It could be months before correct order is delivered to me. I informed them that I will dispute charge with American Express and have my money refunded. This place is a joke and offer nothing but excuses and apologies and will not refund money. Told them a judge will laugh them out of court. |

Had a horrible experience with this company. I first had purchased an item that was canceled right before Christmas due to a company inventory error, all I received was a we're so sorry for your inconvenience e-mail. I then had an item that had guaranteed by Christmas shipping. It's now Jan. 3 and the item has just put on back order. I called and e-mail the company to cancel my order, but was told all sales are final and it could not be canceled. The woman I talked to one the phone was rude and very unhelpful, just kept repeating that it was only on qualifying items. I ordered my item Dec. 16 the item page on the website was still advertising that it qualified for guaranteed by Christmas shipping. I just received an e-mail stating that the cut off was 11am central time, which was not shown on the site. I was also given the excuse that it was the warehouse's fault, which is not a valid excuse seeing as you think a company of their size would be better organized and have much better comm |

By far the most crooked Internet store I've dealt with my story: The Giants are in the World Series and i needed some Giants gear so one night i take some time to find a Giants Jersey(#38 Wilson), to see the 'out the door price', i add to my cart, and see that it is $250!!!!!!! The next day I convince myself I can afford to buy the Jersey and still have enough money to make rent at the end of the month. So I enter the FansEdge site and add this Giants Jersey to my cart(being in a hurry i did not realize that that same Jersey I had looked at the night before was still saved in my cart). so a accidentally order two of the same Jerseys(about $500), but the next day when I contact customer service so they can fix my mistake, they tell me all personalized items bought are final and cannot be returned. But how can a Jersey with one of the most famous players of the year, be 'personalized'? It's only personalized if something needs to be done to the Jersey before they ship it! but j |

I would avoid doing business with Fans Edge whenever possible. They shipped the wrong right product with the wrong size. After complaining below is their reply: "In regards to your email, we have made the request to change your order to a Youth XL. This is a request at this time as the jersey is an all sales final product. However, when a change is requested shortly after the order is placed we are happy to make every effort to accommodate our customer. Once we hear back from Majestic, we will contact you. Please accept our apology for this inconvenience." As this email had stated, this was only a request and unfortunately the request was unsuccessful. Which we the advised you on 8/3/2010 |

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. MULTIPLE 'BACKORDER' DELAYS. A NIGHTMARE. I ordered a jersey which was supposed to ship a week later. A week and a half later, it wasn't shipped. I contacted customer service and they informed me that it would ship a week later. One week later, it still was not in the mail. I contacted them a third time - another delay. After the fourth time I contacted them and they delayed again, I asked them to cancel the order and refund the money. Yes, this is a vendor that will charge your credit card before they ship the product. Their incompetent customer support, for some reason, could not refund the charge and I ended up having to go through my credit card company to dispute the charge. In summary, fansedge may have attractively priced products, but you more than pay for it with crappy customer service and drama. |

I have never done business with such an incompetent company. They apparently shipped my order without telling me. They did not provide a tracking number. They sent it --- who did not leave me a notice, then decided that I had said I'd pick it up (which I would never do) and after five days returned it. I never received the items. I e-mailed twice asking if it had shipped and never heard back. I tried to call, but if you call about an existing order, they don't answer the phone. So you have to call pretending that you want to place an order to be able to speak to someone. Never again. This was a Christmas present I had ordered for someone that they will never get. The most incompetence I have seen (rivaling --- itself). |

I placed an order on 11/29/08. My credit card was charged and I waited for the item. By 12/11/08 it had not arrived and so I called them (20 min. on hold.)I was informed that my item was out of stock! No one contacted me to tell me this.I selected a different item and called back to order it (25 min. on hold)and was told they would upgrade me to faster shipping. The box arrived at the very last of the window for "faster" shipping. I say box, because that's what I got. An empty box with a packing slip telling me what should have been in there. Another phone call that I gave up on after 30 min. on hold. Another phone call the next day (25 min on hold)and I am told this item is also out of stock. I asked for a supervisor. None were available. I was promised a call back at a specific time. No call. I called again (another 25 minutes on hold). This time I was given to a supervisor. He offered absolutely nothing other than refunding my money and was rude.I will never order from them again. |

ordered a standard product, was charged, given a ship date, got an email a week later that product didn't ship and I would hear back in 2 days why it didn't, recieved an email 7 days later that they ran out and I wouldn't get the ordered product. This is unacceptable and the sites inability to track inventory and orders to meet demand is amature and unacceptable. |

I ordered an item for a party that I was attending in 10 days. Plenty of time to get it in the mail. They informed me 7 DAYS later that it was not in stock. When I called... they said that their associated warehouse took that amount of time to tell them that it was not available. Totally unacceptable. In this day and age of electronic tracking, they should know that day if it is in stock or not. Now, I'm stuck without a gift to a graduation party. It's not something where you can bring it later. I'm totally stuck. I will never shop here again. |

Ordered on 12/29 an item which was "Quick Ship" (leaves warehouse w/in 1 day). 10 days later, it hasn't shipped. I called Customer Service who explained "they were closed last week" - website never said that. I requested expedited shipping since they took 10 days to ship - I gave them an opportunity to redeem themselves, but they said "NO expedited shipping" - I would have to pay $8 more for 2-Day. |

Placed an order on July 12th for items. They charged my credit card on that date. Website notes that items will be shipped 15-20 business days after the order (I would not have ordered if I had noticed that). Today, Aug. 28th, still no word on when it will be shipped or received. Have contacted credit card company to get rid of the charge. Will not order from here again. |

I was searching over a week for a very hard-to-find jersey before Superbowl weekend and only FansEdge had it in stock. Their check-out service was outstanding and they shipped it Express per my request. I actually received the item in less than 24 hours! This is one of the best online shopping experiences I have had in a long time. Highly recommend! |

I did not have my credit card with me so I paid by electronic check. The money came out of my account within 4 hours. Federal Law has shortened the time that it takes for checks to clear but not FansEdge. They waited 5 full days before attempting to fill my order and then 1/2 of the stuff I ordered was out of stock. Icancelled the order and asked for the money to be returned to my account within 4 hours, just as they had done ans was told it would take up to 10 days. The order should have been filled and shipped right away or they should have filled it and held it if they had to and sent it when they were satified that my money they took so quickly really was in thier gready little hands. |
