Newegg has always treated me well. The site is attractive and well-organized. The search features are top-notch (although it can be hard to narrow down what you want when there are many combinations of options under one criterion). They accept a variety of payment types. You can't get a better store for computer equipment, assuming they have what you want, and they usually do unless it's something very specialized. |

Overall I was happy with my experience. One item I had in my cart became sold out when I was buying other computer parts. Unfortunately, it was the ivy bridge CPU I wanted so it screwed up buying my whole new system. Not Newegg's fault per se, but it sucks when you have it in your cart and it drops out. I would have purchase about $1K more in items, but they are on hold until the CPU comes in again. I ended up purchasing another Ivy Bridge processor and the process went very well. I ended up getting all the items in two days and was very happy with NewEgg. Like I stated before NewEgg was great, Intel not so great because of the limited availability of their chips. |

this was my 5th or so purchase from them and I have never had the need to contact customer service. I think that is the ultimate in customer service, not needing them. Kudos to Newegg. |

I use price grabber to check the lowest price of item before purchasing any electronic item. This is very useful for me to locate the merchant where i can buy item in lowest price. |
