My decision came down to a few websites. Prices are about the same at all the websites, but I think that The Nerds website was easiest to navigate and it was easiest to filter my choices to make a selection. |

I placed the order on May 6 late in the afternoon. I realized that it was the wrong product and canceled the order on May 7th at 12 noon. Then I receive notice that they have sent the item on May 8th. Not happy with their service/website where I canceled the order. Most likely will not order from The Nerds Again. |

Very disappointed that after placing the order for a sony camera,warrantee and memory stick on 4/24 and getting a confirmation call 2 days later to tell me my order is being shipped and then to watch and track the FED EX tracking number showing it would arrive on 5/2 ( much later than promised) but to find that the order only contained the memory stick! The camera was missing with no explanation at all. After a call on 5/3 I am told the camera is not available! What a let down! Cancelled the order and have received a confirmation of the credit back to my credit card, but doing business with a company that does not have the decency to tell you when they have a problem is not satisfactory! They may advertise the best prices, but when they do not deliver they ensure that I will never do business with them again and I will let my friends know of my experience! A simple call or e-mail on 4/25 when they knew they did not have the item would have been all that was necessary. But!!! |

TheNerd.net had a discontinued item that I have been searching for! I placed my order and was able to pay thru my Amazon account....so easy! As if it couldn't get any better, my order was placed yesterday and delivered today! Shipping was very reasonable. I couldn't be happier! |

We had a problem with damages, but Robbie handled it to our complete satisfaction. He took a personal interest and made the exchange stress free. If you remove the original shipping problem, the rating would be excellent on all fronts (service, price and dependability) |

Unfortunately, I received a tracking number, which I assumed was for my entire order of 4 Ink Cartridges, and 3 Packages of Printer paper, and when it was delivered there was only 1 cartridge, I called, and was told they would be sending me another e mail with more information, then I received 4 more tracking numbers one which was a duplicate of the first one which I had received. Then I received another delivery this time the 3 packages of paper, and 2 cartridges, which had an invoice in it for all 4 cartridges, then the next day I received the last Ink Cartridges. I will never order from The Nerds again, it is entirely too confusing, I wasted a whole week sitting here for nothing. |

Information about product was detailed except for dimensions, (learned through another website). Price is great compared to other websites offering same product. Shipping charges are great, even with expedited fee. Feel better that company is in Florida, not too far away from St. Cloud, in case of problems/return issues. Shipping time is poor to bad, considering extra fee was paid to expedite order. Had to make phone call after 5 days, did receive credit for extra shipping fee, however, it took 7 business days to receive pkg. Company should use USPS's 3-day, $4 program. When I called to change the name/email address on our account I tallked to Robbie and thought the changes would be made so I could place an order. Later in the day after checking several times to place an order, I found that no changes had been made so I called again. This time I talked to Leo, and he told me to just go in a create a new account, which I did and placed the order. Just to let you know, my name is Bonnie and there is no place that asked for the name of the person that was placing the order or did it ask for who's name that the email was going to. All you ask for is whose name is on the credit card, which is the Executive Director, who name had to be on the company credit card. The other thing that I didn't understand, was when I looked the price of the product up in the morning before calling Robbie the price was $54.99, but when I finally was able to place the order in the afternoon after talking to Leo, the price had gone up to $55.99. |
