I'm a repeat customer for certain items and am generally very pleased with the company. They offer hard-to-find items, frequent discounts on either shipping charges or items I use often, and have automatic shipment, which is very helpful to me. |

FIRST ORDER: WAITING TO SEE FROM DELIVERY OF GOODS... 8 DAYS LATER (SO FAR)... We have not received shipment yet. Since early in the process, we have emailed them, and also contacted their Customer Service through the "CONTACT US" page on their website. We have done this SIX times so far, simply asking them to give us a Shipping Date, and an expected Date of Delivery. They have NOT REPLIED to ANY of our messages or emails. We were actually looking for a new regular supplier for all of our medical supply needs under one roof, and were hoping that ALLEGROMEDICAL.COM could be our new "one-stop supplier." Therefore, we sent them our small opening order of around $30 to find out how well they operated. However, after this extremely POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, and TOTAL LACK OF COMMUNICATION from them, we cannot foresee re-ordering from this company unless they "make this right" with us, and change the way they handle our orders in the future. |

Every page I ordered from displayed information about obtaining free shipping by using the gift certificate code fs0512 during checkout. At first my shipping was 0.00 but on the final page it said my area was not able to have free shipping. The free shipping banners should be more specific. I also find that the description of most of the articles on the web site is sorely lacking in details about the products. |
