I have never had a problem ordering with Folica and have done so on numerous occasions. On this latest order I had the option of receiving a free Sedu travel hairdryer with the purchase of a SEDU product (which I did purchase). I could not use the code for it as I was only allowed to use one coupon code. In this case I used the CLOVER code and received 25% off. No complaints there at all! It would be nice to use multiple coupon codes on this site when they are offered. Thanks for listening:) |

Site tells me I get Free shipping but gives me no idea what kind of time to receive I get. Is it 5-7 business days, 3 weeks, or what. Difficult to decide if you want upgraded shipping when you have no comparison |

I'm not sure I like the new Google trusted store thing. With all the privacy issues and google collecting people's private data everywhere I feel this is another encrouchment of google to what I am doing on the internet as personal purchase. The Folica business reputation has been good to me in the past and tacking on google trusted store doesn't seem necessary and in fact makes me think google is again collecting more data about me. |

Love that this time they gave me free shipping to Puerto Rico, since last time they didn't even though it was advertised that orders over $50 got free shipping. Some of the product videos were difficult to see how the product performed, such as the steam rollers. You cannot see the hair when they are being rolled in or what the hair looks like when they are taken out. |

I have used Folica in the past to purchase Hair dryers and Flat Irons and have been pleased with the site. My only complaint this purchase is this. My main reason for purchase this time was to buy a diffuser for my hair dryer. I shopped for another 45 minutes just to get free shipping. I'm sure Folica doesn't mind this, but I would come back more often if the shipping minimum was lower. Also had a hard time finding other products I was interested in. Such as Redken, Paul Mitchell, etc. products. |

I don't understand why shipping to Hawaii costs more. Hawaii is a part of the US. I'm pretty sure you would get a lot more customers if you included Hawaii as part of the US shipping so we can take advantage of the promotions as well. |

Ordered over $50 worth and was issued free shipping. Had a buywithme voucher, entered the code and free shipping was removed. Voucher says free standard shipping is available for orders of $50 or more. Didn't understand why I was charged for shipping. |

I have purchased only twice from this website but I am very satisfied. The one issue I have is the size of said objects. It seems like 2 oz for one package is different from 2 ox for another. A ruler beside the bottles and other products would be helpful. Other than that, the reviews are quite helpful and navigating the website it easy and understandable. |
