Placed an order for speakers that were labelled as in-stock, but were not. Instead of cancelling the order, they offered to send me the newer, more expensive version of the speakers for the same price. They contacted me about this mixup very quickly and upon my reply they were again very quick in getting back to me. The customer service was excellent and I feel that they actually care about their customers. They have gained a lifetime customer purely through their service. |

The site says WWStereo is in business since 1978. I expected much better service from the online retailer, but was completely dissatisfied. Retailer Response (01/26/2010): We do everything we can to process and ship orders within a timely manner and I am very sorry we fell short in this instance. I corresponded with you directly about your TV that was unexpectedly backordered. It shipped within 5 business days rather than the 1-2 that we strive for.
