I have purchased items from Cutlery and More in the past and have returned to them to order my own Christmas gift. I am looking forward to receiving my order, but chose to wait until Christmas Eve so it would not be part of clogging the delivery process since this is not a surprise gift to myself. |

The website is user-friendly, the shopping experience was terrific and Cutlery and More offered very competitive prices. Once I received my order, I decided one of the pans I ordered should have been larger. I called them to ask about an exchange and they were very helpful and even gave me options for what would work best for me. I also just wanted the customer service rep to know about a tiny ding in one of the pans - not expecting anything - and she offered to exchange it or provide a discount. She sincerely wanted me to be happy with my complete order, and I was. I am very impressed with Cutlery and More's quality of products, ease of use with website design, and top-notch customer service. I can't say enough good things about this vendor. |

Ordered a knife for $39.95 sale price (Had a pop-up window come up with the same knife for $29.95 -- but clicked on it and couldn't figure out how to order it. Called the company - but they're out after 6 pm.) So went ahead and ordered it at the $10 higher price just to get it done. That special offer could be done better - so customer can actually order it at the lower price... |
