Unreliable to say the least. Atrocious customer...
Strengths: Looks good on my stand.
Weakness: Doesn't work.
My TV got here today, got it all hooked up and ready to go, hit the power button, and it didnt turn on. When calling customer support, they made no effort at all to help me solve my problem, nor did they have any clue about the tv at all. They simply told me to take it back and order a new one, I mentioned that it was purchased online from wal-mart which does not carry it in the actual store, he told me to just take it over there and "see what happens". After waiting 2 weeks for it to get here, I'm not at all willing to risk buying another defective product from this company. It's cheap for a reason. Dig a little deeper and save yourself some anguish.
