Static Problem
Strengths: Easy to see the controls and numbers.
Weakness: Display shows all black bars with static.
Company says static electricity causes the phone display to show black. They say to unplug the battery. I would say this is a huge defect in the whole product line if that is the real cause. I have never had a phone react like that.
