Great batteries for those high drain digital cameras. These batteries have taken more than 300 pics with canon S3 in one charge. Also haven't noticed any significant discharge after storing them for weeks.

High quality, Japanese made batteries - I use this in my flashes - and flashes do require some juice out of power source - this performed way better over my no brand 2300 mAh rechargeable batteries - if you are looking for greater capacity rechargeable - this are might be your answer! Highly recommend!

I have bought these from amazon for the toys. I have had the same batteries that I have been using a good while. And we have used these batteries repeatedly without any problems. They take a charge well and just keep on working. The use time last longer than alkaline batteries and the cost is made up very fast. I have many rechargeable batteries that I am still using after 5 years. I have 5 1/2 year old twins and we have used a lot of batteries in their toys in the last 5 years. Out of about a 50 rechargeable batteries I have lost 3 in the 5 years. I was charging them about every 2 days for a couple of years, and they keep on working, in trains and other toys. You can't afford not to buy rechargeable batteries.

These are very good quality rechargeable batteries. I bought these along with sony charger at amazon just to get free shipping. I am so glad that i did that. My Canon S2 take more than 350 photos with these. I didnot see any major drain after many repeated uses. I am buying one more of these today.

Weakness: Those batteries along with the Sony charger take very long time to charge
I bought these batteries along with a "quick" charger from Amazon. The batteries are great. I brought them with me to the 2-day trip to Vail. I never stopped taking picture with my Canon S5IS, but the batteries lasted forever. Until now, the first 4 still have power. I was very surprised. However, the Sony charger is not good; it takes more than 5 hours for one time of charging.

We have bought these from amazon a year ago for the toys. And we have used these batteries repeatedly without any problems till date. Normal alkaline batteries would get discharged in 3 days, but these go on for a week minimum.

Great quality batteries from Sony
Strengths: quality and uniform size & peformance
Weakness: none
I have about a 100 AA nimh batteries from about 8 different brands. The Sony batteries are consistently the best of the bunch. They maintain their charge longer and are uniform in performance. I used these for my digital camera and they are better than alkalines. The camera flash requires the nimh chemistry in order to get a fast recharge time and these Sonys deliver every time. I can get off over 100 shots before the batteries drop to a level that shuts off the camera. One of the main problems I have with cheaper AA nimh batteries is that the size is not uniformed. That means it is either too loose or too tight when inserted into the battery compartment. I have never found this problem with the Sonys, even if they just came off the charger and are still warm.
