AlexanderAkulick - (March 12, 2005) This is a high-end phone for the advanced businessman, quality oriented phone enthusiast, or world traveler. It's so feature rich, many would only find its advanced features a waste. It is however, the wave of the future and a novel gift idea any "techie" will love. As it is a "flip" phone, it covers its buttons to unwanted key presses and its small slim design makes it perfect for carrying in a pocket. Unfortunately, Cingular does not currently insure it if purchased there, neither do others. SleepyReviewer - (December 27, 2004) I'm a mobile phone afficionado, and the V3 RAZR by far is the best handset I've owned (and I've had over 15 phones!) The design is stunning, it's 0.5" thick, it's an all metal phone (the first since the Nokia 8890), and even the keypad is completely metallic (except for the luminescent rubber striping that tells you where to press the buttons). The battery life is equally strong; 4-5 hr talk, about one week standby on normal use. Now for the good stuff: the phone is loaded with features: 1. jbroomall - (April 18, 2004) I found this software not to be very compatible with Outlook. I spent many hours massaging the Outlook data to prepare for the phone by setting up a separate category, only to find that the Phone Tools software did not accept Outlook categories and I had to set up a separate folder. Then the data duplicated the data in my phone when I synchronized. I spent hours trying to clean it up and each try corrupted the data more. Also, the backup did not work and I lost the data that I had started with in my phone. Finally after uninstalling and reinstalling the software I was able to synchronize the contacts. However the Outlook folder I am "syncing" with had to be configured far differently from my

afg1989 - (05/18/2012) Great phone overall. With a massive screen, it's perfect for all types of browsing and media consumption. The volume is sharp and loud. The camera's great - 8 megapixel. Definitely a step up from the first version. Hopefully we can get the new Android software coming out.

Teej2011 - (05/10/2012) This software recovered all of the files I wanted back. I thought I lost them for good and was almost prepared to live with it when someone recommended this program. I got every single file I wanted recovered, no exceptions. Those were mainly Word documents and photos in .jpg format. I don't know how well it would work for other file formats, but it's given me no reason to doubt it's capabilities. Highly recommend to anyone looking to recover important files.
